Yesterday, we initiated the second phase of our strategic planning with a day-long workshop. The methodology we used this time was “Future Search”, a task-focused planning meeting.
We got a lot of input and ideas from the community and in the next two weeks we’ll be working on a first public draft of the Strategic Plan.
Of course, not everything is about work… we got the opportunity to eat, drink and have some fun too!
